I was born and raised in Kingston, Pa. and am a graduate of Wilkes University. After living in Binghamton for a few years where I completed my doctorate in 1993, I returned home to Northeastern Pennsylvania.

I'm a sports addict(I support virtually every Philadelphia professional sports team that exists except for the Eagles) and I enjoy playing basketball, swimming and movies. I like to play and listen to music(I wish I had more time for it). I am also a child of the television generation. In particular,I watch old TV comedies(i.e. such as Gilligan's Island, The Brady Bunch, etc.) and game shows(such as Let's Make a Deal, The Price Is Right, The New Treasure Hunt, etc.)
